My dearest daughter received her First Holy Communion - a mark on her Christian life, as such, we made a special celebration.
She asked me to make a special cake for this day
And so it was … I made a tasty and delicate cake as she is, with some beautiful and simple flowers combining with her dress.
If you have a celebration @ home, here’s a suggestion.

You’ll need some lemon curd to fill the cake.
But you can also make this cake to combine withith a cup of tea, without any filling or covering, and by using a chimney cake pan, and prolonging the cooking time.

Ingredientes:
(para o bolo)

200 g manteiga sem sal
250 g açúcar
6 ovos "L"
150 g iogurte grego natural
360 g farinha com fermento
raspa de 1 limão e meio
sumo de 1 limão
2 c sopa sementes papoila
1 c chá fermento para bolos

(para a cobertura)

250 g queijo creme natural
250 g mascarpone
150 g açúcar confeiteiro
250 ml natas

Continue sempre a mexer.

Reserve e deixe arrefecer.

Prepare, entretanto, a cobertura:

Montagem do bolo:
